Ajamamsa Rasayanam is a powerful classical Ayurvedic formulation used in the treatment of Vata imbalance disorders including all types of cough and cold, head tremors, vaginal pain, hip and abdominal pain due to menstruation, and conditions like paraplegia and loss of strength. It helps in gaining weight, promotes strength of bones and joints, and acts as an excellent anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine. 

The formulation is a rich combination of Rasna, ten Dasamoola herbs (Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Gambhari, Patala, Shalaparni, Prishnaparni, Gokshura, Brihati, Kantakari), Horse gram, Ziziphus Jujuba, Barley, Goat meat, Milk, Ghee, and Jeevaniya Gana herbs including Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Vidari, Yashtimadhu, Mudgaparni, Mashaparni, Jivanti, and Varahikanda. Together, these ingredients deeply nourish every tissue of the body and restore physical vitality.
